The Faculty of Business and Communication Studies Networking Day is an excellent opportunity for Mount Royal students to network with employers, learn about industry trends, gain new skills and hear from industry professionals.
Networking Day 2020 will include a career fair, workshops and break-out sessions addressing careers in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Social Innovation, International Business, Communications and Aboriginal Business.
The Networking Day will also feature two guest speakers to kick off and wrap up the day. In the morning, Hamish Knox of Sandler Training in Calgary will be walking you through the basics of networking and sharing his larger than life energy along the way. In the afternoon, Aislinn Grant, MRU alumna and Founder of Grant Design will be leading a session on Developing a Personal Brand. These sessions are designed to support you in making the most of the entire networking day event and the department-specific sessions.
